Well I finally decided that it's time to get a blog up and start documenting my climbing. Just to kick things off, hi I'm Daniel Krippner and I've been climbing for about 3 and a half years, this year I am starting a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Waikato University. I was awarded the Sir Edmund Hillary Scholarship so that I can keep climbing while I'm at university provided I can keep up my grades, extend myself with leadership opportunities and keep climbing at a high level. In the last couple months I also created an account on www.8a.nu to keep track of my climbing outdoors.
